Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Your choice of BBQ sauce
Bruno's

Large hamburger buns
Onion
Tomato
Cooked Bacon
Your choice of sliced cheese
Whole Ortega green chilis
Avacado (Optional)

Instructions:

On the Bar-B-Que, brush both sides of the boneless, skinless chicken thighs with your choice of BBQ sauce and sprinkle with Brunos. Cook until done.

Place the hamburger buns on the grill.
Grill onions and tomatoes
On one bun spread a light coating of BBQ sauce, on the other a light coating of mayonnaise.

Place cooked chicken on one half of the bun, add grilled onions and tomatoes, 2 strips of cooked bacon, strip of whole Ortega green chili cut to fit, your choice of cheese. Sliced avacado makes and excellent addition, but is optional.
