Machaca 2


4 - 5 lb Brisket
1 1/2 tsp Bruno's
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 diced onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp liquid smoke


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
You will need 2 layers of heavy aluminum foil about 30 inches long
Form foil into shape to hold liquid or put into a baking dish
Liberally sprinkly Bruno's on both sides of the brisket and set aside
Combine Bruno's, ketchup, white vinegar,onion, Worcestershire Sauce, and liquid smoke
Put 1/2 of the mixture into the cupped foil
Place brisket into the foil and cover with the remaining mixture
Wrap foil around meat and seal the brisket inside
Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours
Shred with a fork
