Spanish Rice


1 Tomato
½ Onion
½ tsp Fresh chopped garlic
2 tsp Bruno's Carne Asada Mix
4 oz. Tomato sauce
4 oz. Salsa
5-6 Cups of cooked white rice


In deep skillet add diced tomato, onion and garlic, Bruno's, tomato sauce and salsa
Cook until vegetables are soft.
Add rice
tir and cook together for a few minutes.

(This makes a red sauce that can also be added to cabbage or asparagus.)
