Stir-Fried Vegetables


1 lb. Broccoli Florets
1 Diced Onion
8 oz. Mushrooms
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
Olive Oil
Bruno's Carne Asada Mix
Cooked White Rice

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Corn Starch


Coat stir fry pan with olive oil.
Add vegetable and sprinkle with Bruno's Carne Asada Mix to taste.

In separate pan combine soy sauce, chicken broth, sugar and corn starch.

When vegetables are cooked to desired doneness, add liquid mixture.
Cook for 2 minutes.

Serve on bed of white rice.
